Returns are offered on the basis that no items have been opened and/or used.
We will happily offer a refund for any order which has arrived damaged due to the delivery service used. Due to the nature of our products (coffee) we can not accept returns or refunds on orders which have been opened and used.
Products which are defected in our coffee accessory section can be returned for a full refund however you must contact us first to discuss your problems.
Our returns and refund policy is 21 business days and only available for damaged goods.
Orders which have not arrived, please get in touch (contact info in the footer of the page) and we will look into the matter. In these cases we will either send out a replacement or refund your original transaction.
