At Hipster Coffee we offer a service second to no other!  We want all of our customers to feel 'looked after' and content with not only our products, but our end user experience and service also.  We feel in order to achieve this we must put enfercise on providing a fast delivery turn around without impairing on the quality of our products.  

We are happy to deliver our selection of high end, Gourmet Coffee's within the UK and Worldwide.  We ship all of our coffee orders out to customers on a Thursday.  As always our customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we ship out promptly.

  • Orders Over £45 Are Sent Free Via 2nd Class Signed For Post.

 

WORLDWIDE POSTAGE:

  • Standard Airmail Starting From (Delivery 5 To 14 Business Days) - Starting From £5.99
  • Orders Over £100 Are Sent Free Via Standard Airmail.

Returns:

  • WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS UNUSED OR NOT OPENED
  • WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS
  • WE WILL HAPPILY WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE ISSUES
  • REFUNDS ARE GRANTED & PROCESSED WITHIN 21 DAYS OR LESS
  • IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED - PLEASE GET IN TOUCH ASAP

Returns are offered on the basis that no items have been opened and/or used. 

We will happily offer a refund for any order which has arrived damaged due to the delivery service used.  Due to the nature of our products (coffee) we can not accept returns or refunds on orders which have been opened and used.

Products which are defected in our coffee accessory section can be returned for a full refund however you must contact us first to discuss your problems.

Our returns and refund policy is 21 business days and only available for damaged goods.

Orders which have not arrived, please get in touch (contact info in the footer of the page) and we will look into the matter.  In these cases we will either send out a replacement or refund your original transaction.
