Is All Your Packaging Eco Friendly?
Our aim has always been to be as ethical and as earth friendly as possible. At this time all of our coffees found in our 250g, 500g, 1kg and 10kg bags are fully eco friendly and bio-degradable. Unfortunately our 25g sample bags are still low pollution plastic however we are looking for new supplies.
Is Postage Included In Price?
Yes! We offer FREE UK delivery via our standard option.
I Need My Coffee Quicker, Can I Upgrade My Delivery Service?
Yes! We offer a variety of delivery services. We send all items via 2nd class standard delivery, however if you wish for a faster service we offer 1st class signed for. Please take a look at our delivery service page for more information.
Do You Ship Overseas?
Yes! We will happily ship our coffee overseas, however please note that Hipster Coffee are not responsible for duty or taxes that your country may place on parcels entering the country. At this time our over seas delivery costs start from £5.99 - we can not offer free p&p for overseas customers.
How Will I Know My Order Has Been Dispatched?
We send out order confirmation and dispatch emails direct to the address that you inputted into our checkout system. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder to ensure your emails are reaching your inbox.
My Order Is Incorrect, What Can I Do?
We check, double check and then check your order again to ensure orders are correct. However there may be occasions where orders are incorrect for which we apologize. If your order arrives and it is incorrect, please contact us (our details can be found in the footer) asap. We will happily work with you to rectify any problems that you may have with your order.
How Long Do Orders Take To Arrive?
All of our coffee is hand roasted fresh to order. Orders within the UK take between 2 to 3 business days to arrive via standard post. For orders shipping outside of the UK, please allow 5 to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
Do You Ever Offer Discounts?
Yes! We often send out promotional discounts via our news letter. Make sure you sign up to it now! To sign up please check out the box at the bottom of the page.
I Received A Discount Code But It Doesn't Work - What Can I Do?
If you receive a discount code that doesn't work, please get in touch with us asap so that we can look into the matter. Our promotional codes all have a closing date - if the date has elapsed then this will reject the code in checkout.
I Have A Discount Code - How Do I Use It?
Discount codes may be used during the checkout feature. During inputting your details a box will appear prior to payment asking for a promotional code if you have one. Place your code into this box which will then reduce your basket total by the stated amount.
Will I Be Locked Into A Coffee Subscription?
No! You can easily cancel your subscription via your account if you don't wish to continue it. That said, we would love you to stick around so please get in touch with us to let us know if you have any problems.
What Postage Do You Use On Subscription Items?
We use our standard FREE postage on all of our orders (unless customer upgrades during checkout). Items are sent via 2nd class post which takes around 2 to 3 business days to arrive to UK addresses. Overseas customers will have to pay a flat fee of £4.49 for p&p of their coffee subscription.
I Live Overseas - Can I Buy Your Subscription?
Yes! Of course you can - please note that additional p&p is charged on overseas addresses. This charge currently is £5.99.
How Fresh Will My Coffee Be?
We roast our coffee on a daily basis to ensure our customers always receive impeccable quality. We are extremely proud of our gourmet coffee and want our customers to love it as much as we do! There for every effort is made to ensure coffee is the freshest it can be.
My Coffee Beans Look Lighter Than I Expected Them To Be?
We hand roast our coffee beans fresh to order. Beans are timed appropriately whilst hand-eye co-ordination is used to look for signs that your coffee beans are roasted to your desired type either; light, medium or dark.
I've Added An Item To My Basket That I No Longer Want - How Do I Remove It?
To remove an unwanted item from your basket, simply navigate to the top of our website page and click the shopping cart icon located at the top right. This will take you into your shopping basket and will show you the items you have added. To remove an item simply click on the subtract sign shown in the area that states 'quantity' which will take the figure down to '0' removing the item from your basket.
